1. Service

Routine Wallet helps users record transactions, estimate flexible spending, import statement files, and manage recurring income and expenses. The service is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or starting a subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Trials

Pro features may require a paid subscription processed by Polar. A 7-day free trial may require a valid payment method. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid Pro plan.

4. User Content and Imports

You may upload bank statements, receipts, CSV files, spreadsheets, or similar records. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload those files.

5. AI Features

AI-assisted parsing can make mistakes. You should review imported transactions, categories, amounts, and dates before relying on them.

6. Cancellations

You can manage or cancel your Pro subscription through the billing portal. Canceling prevents future renewal but does not necessarily refund already paid periods unless required by law or payment processor policy.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but interruptions, maintenance, browser limitations, and third-party service issues may occur.
