1. Information We Collect

We collect account information such as email address, transaction records you enter or import, category and budget settings, recurring rules, notification preferences, and subscription status.

2. Files and AI Processing

When you upload PDFs, CSV files, spreadsheets, or use voice/AI parsing, the relevant text may be processed to extract transactions. Avoid uploading files that contain information you do not want processed by the service.

3. Payments

Payments, trials, billing details, and subscription management are handled by Polar. We store subscription identifiers and status, but we do not store full card numbers.

4. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the app, save your records, calculate flexible spending, detect duplicates, improve parsing, send optional notifications, prevent abuse, and manage subscriptions.

5. Third-Party Services

Routine Wallet uses service providers such as Supabase for authentication and database storage, Vercel for hosting, Polar for billing, and AI providers for parsing when you use AI features.

6. Data Controls

You can edit or delete transactions, categories, recurring rules, and source accounts in the app. You may request account deletion through the support channel provided by the operator.

7. Security

We use access controls, row-level security, and server-side secrets for protected operations. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
